Annual Wildflower Festival

Cochran’s Crossing Shopping Center

The Woodlands Garden Club will participate in The Woodlands Annual Wildflower Festival held at Cochran’s Crossing Shopping Center on October 25 from 10am to 2pm.

This event is sponsored by The Woodlands Development Company, The Community Associations of The Woodlands, and the Cochran’s Crossing Merchants Association. Many varieties of wildflower seeds are free for the taking.

Club members will be available to offer advice on growing the many garden cuttings availble for sale. Our booth is located at the Blockbusters corner of the center. The sale of these plants is a major fundraiser for a local scholarship awarded each year. We will also be selling dried flower Christmas Ornaments made by club members.

To add to the family fun, youngsters will be able make a pinecone, peanut butter, bird seed birdfeeder to take home.
